Michael was punctual, friendly and obliging when asked about his services. I was very pleased and surprised with the improved odour control after cleaning. The carpet was extremely dry to touch as compared to other companies used previously. When asked Michael explained that the truck mounted extraction machine was extremely stronger than the other machines that are used. Michael was a great communicator. He was honest, reliable, on time and did a fantastic job. The carpets were quite filthy due to previous tenants pets. When Michael was finished he showed us what came out of the carpet and the place smelt clean. He explained everything he used on the carpet and was very happy to answer any questions. Definitely would recommend.
